I want to know is there any agreement or contract between my company and abroad manufacturer, to allow him to supply his products only to my company in India, that means, I will be having sole ownership of his products in India. No other company or entity can purchase from them.
All there future sales to India has to routed through me.
Please let me know if there is any legal contract or agreement (international) accordingly.
