As per 26AS fy 2013-14 some TDS Credit amount in their but return was not FILED, But income is less than basic slab limit. That TDS amount can we get refund in IT filing in fy 19-20?

No you cannot get refund of TDS credit for FY 2013-14 now in FY 20-21
