I m registered under old syllabus IPCC.
m I required to do any kind of registration,
or just fill up exam form and appear for exam??

Just apply for exams.
When u r registered for ipcc -year
Renewal for registration after completion of 4 yrs from the date of the registration.

Yes just apply for exams.
Count down start from date of registration of ipcc mentioned in the reg.letter
7 attempts from the date of registration date.
