Old final accounts lost

Hello,

I lost my old balance sheet and profit and loss account. Unfortunately, my accountant got job in UK and therefore unable to get documents from him.

Is it possible to receive documents from Income Tax and if yes, please let me know the form No / Procedure.

Kindly First send the constitution of your business and applicability of tax audit like.......

- Proprietor

- Company

- Partnership Firm

- LLP etc.
