Old edition books can i follow them

Hi, even if there are no major amendnents in sfm and ama, it is still suggested you get the new edition of books as a lot of new illustrations and problems would have been included in the past four years, You can order the bookd online in ICAI website itself or if you wont be able to get the books you can download the soft copies also from the website. For what all subjects do you need coaching ? I can suggest video classes accordingly.

Further, just do a research of the best recommended books for Ca final online, you can use these books complemented by the study materials of ICAI for self study

For other subjects you have to get the new editions of study mat and pm.

Thank u so much for ur response divya... U r right and this is what I was wondering too but I cannot get books shipped here.. I am planning to take printouts of iCai material and pm here. I just wanted to make sure there are no changes or additions to the syllabus after 2013 in AMA and SFM ..since I have old books I thought if there is no change I can add suggested answers of the remaining years and incorporate that into my study material too. I know it's always better to go with the latest edition..if u could suggest me video lectures or online classes all subjects especially  for direct taxes , AMA it would be really helpful.
