If you purchasing the used old bike from individual person who have name in RC just like Ram or Sham, then you don't have to pay GST. However, if you purchasing the used old bike from dealer or Agency then you have to pay GST only on profit margin.

From URD ; No GST Applicable.

From Registered Dealer : In term of Notification 8/2018 CT (r) , GST will be applicable on Profit margin of Seller . the rate is 12%
