Obtaining iec code
Respected professionals,
i want to gain knowledge regarding the procedure for obtaining IEC Code, its related estimate expenses and documents.
please guide respected experts.

IEC which is compulsory for any import or export transactions is granted by DGFT regional offices. A certificate with a photo of key managerial personnel is issued after verification / acceptance of the required documents.
Documents reqired for the registration are basic supporting documents of the organisation and of the directors / partners along with prescribed form (ANF2A) duly filled and authorised.
statutory payment being Rs.500/- (DD or e-Payment, as the case may be)
