I have been initmated by ROC in respect of Form MR-1 filed by us, has been marked as pending due to:
"as per rule no.7 page no.24, Co. Act-2013 Din. no. membership no. sign. By own hand writing should be mention in all attachments"
Help of fellow professionals is required to understand the above objection & relevant rule mentioned by ROC .

check the attachments, you have to mention the DIN in case of Director and Membership No. incase of professional appointment, if not mentioned you have to mention and sign the attachments.
Mention DIN no of Directors wherever Directors affixed their signature in all attachments and mention Membership No. of professional wherever Professional affixed his signature in attachments and upload the same again with all these edited attachments.
Versions of the form MR-1 is likely to change w.e.f 14 Aug 2014. So plan accordingly.
