Objection By ROC

MCA / ROC Filings 1023 views 7 replies

Hi,

I Got a objection from ROC while forming one Pvt. Ltd. Co. that MOA and AOA has been filled in same handwriting..SO while filing fresh MOA & AOA, do i need to put today's date or previous date(on which i originally filed the docs) on the subscriber sheet..

Dear Sir,

There is no need to pay stamp duty again. There may be diferent type of objections from ROC on different issues and it would be unfair to pay stamp duty again and again.

So in ur case no neet to pay duty again.

no need to pay stamp duty and you can write any date after paying of stamp duty  but before the date of signing form-1
