XYZ....... INDIA TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED is a company with its prime objective is to provide package tours.
It has earned much higher revenues through Sale of Agro based products than from Tour packages.
So, my query is... as it is required to change the object clause of the company.
Since the name of the company contradicts the agro based business,is it mandatory by law to change the name of the Co?

the very first thing u should check whether the sale of agro product is being provided in other object cluase of the company if it is not provided then u should procede to chage object as well as name of the company.
but in case it is provide you can chage the name of the company to correctly reflect your business activity.
