We incorporate one company and get the certificate of incorporation but now client wants to alter the object clause by adding some words.. soo what is the procedure to alter the object clause before conducting board meeting..

Pass Resolution by BOD
Fix Day, Date, Time and Venue of EGM and issue notice ( As company is new then there shall be no issue to obtain 95% of paid up equity holders consent to call meeting at shorter notice)
Pass Notice of EGM and Explanatory statement
Authorise director to issue notice of egm
Hold EGM and pass resolution
File MGT-14 with Following attachments:-
- CTC of Special Resolution Passed
- Explanatory statement and notice of egm
- Final Altered MOA signed copy
- Consent of shareholders to call meeting at shorter notice.
- CTC Of Board Resolution
