Does the number of attempts affect job prospects? I mean if some 1 passes CA Inter in 2-3 attempts amd Final in 3 attempts will he have problem in getting a good job??

you yourself decide............. otherthings being constant for two candidates ....... less the number of attempts will be prefered....................... in long run your exp. dose matter..

some co., do prefer 1st attempt candidates, BUT I DO NOT PREFER SUCH COMPANIES. BECAUSE, they think 1st attempt candidates are from heaven and not others.
anyway, if you are into practice, DO NOT WORRY. YOU WILL BE HAVING MORE KNOWLEDGE THAN OTHERS.
