I am having a NRO savings bank account where my bank is deducting 30.9% tax at source. Is there anyway to reclaim this tax paid or any alternatives to reduce my tax bill being an NRI.

you can reclaim the tax deducted by filing Income Tax Return in India. In this case, you have to only give details of income earned in India and not outside India since you're an NRI
