My client is an NRI . Wanting to buy a property by taking a loan from his boss who is also an NRI. Will the money repatriated by the boss in my client's Indian NRI a/c attract any kinda tax ?

No any kind of tax. if u open NRO A/c then interest in this A/c will be chargeable to tax but for NRE A/c even interest will not chargeable to tax. you can do it.
