Can we, 2 NRIs (husband & wife), form a Partnership Firm (not engaged in Agriculture, Real Estate business) in India ?
If yes, then how do operate Bank operations ? Current a/c NRE/NRO - same as Savings NRE/NRO ?
Heard that Banks insist on a locally resident partner also for Bank Operation - it is correct?

debashish, u r right , if u want to open a llp or co. in india then it is mandatory to have one resident director/ partner in india for operation. same has been mandated by bank in case of all business forms.

What about a Partnership Firm ? NOT a llp or co.
if bank mandates then u have to appoint. partnership act do not have this type of conditions
