I made an online payment of Rs. 50000 on 31-March-21. But it is appearing in the account statement as 5th April 21. Please guide me to claim exemption for this 50000 under 80CCD (B1) for FY-20-21.

Date of payment is the date of deduction from the bank account. ie. 5th April 21

Thanks for the response.

Rs 50000 deducted from bank account on 31st March 2021. NPS account statement shows 05th April 2021.
