When is asset said to be npa? When its is overdue for 90days ya 6mnths?

In case of term loans int. or principal amount or both due for payment for more than 90 days and in case of cash credit when o/s balance exceed the sanction limit for more than 90 days then, the above loans shall be called as N.P.A.
