As a Professor I can state that Accounts paper was very good. They gave you surprise package of Cash Flow, lengthy problem of Chain Holding, Cash Account in Amalgamation. They took away the opportunity of good score. MAFA was good and theory was all from past questiosn. Accounts Theory had stint from Audit. Law was all from Bhandari. I am yei to review Group II. Good Luck to all of you.

I am from india and i too appeared for CA Final In November 2007 and it was a tough scenario. Especially the papers of Direct and Indirect Taxaxtion were impossible
