I have passed my CPT in June 2012 and registered for IPCC in August. Now i am not prepared to apptempt IPCC examination. If i fill up the form for Nov 2013 which attempt will it count. i mean if i dnt fill may 2013 form will it be considered as a attempt?

If you dont fill the exam form for May 2013, it wont be counted as an attempt...
