Nov 2017 final exams

1. CA IPCC May 2017 results will be declared either in the last days of July or first week of August.

2. Last date for registration in current scheme final course is 30.06.2017.

3. So, you will have to register for final course under the new scheme.

4. First exam of final under new scheme will take place in May 2018.

Though you will be eligible for CA Final in Nov 2017 but as per the current situation the issue stands uncleared.

ICAI FAQ says that, “This aspect is under consideration and separate clarification will be issued shortly.”

Most likely, ICAI will allow such students to give exams in Nov 2017.
