section 16a only says that if u don't pay up to 180 days then itc need to be reverse ..
my question is there any notification who calls of this law
it is mentioned in act and rule itself

As per my view "NO".
Bcoz,
The above said section is not atracted/availed by the supplier in actual business. May be it's take more time

No there are no notifications regarding it, however there are rules issued in this regard
