section 16a only says that if u don't pay up to 180 days then itc need to be reverse ..

As per my view "NO".
Bcoz,
The above said section is not atracted/availed by the supplier in actual business. May be it's take more time
No there are no notifications regarding it, however there are rules issued in this regard
