My services are Information Technology services (65(105) zzzze. We are exporting Software to U.S.A.
We have already filled this return vide Not. No9/2005 but rejected by service Tax Dept.
What is the Notification No. to be quoted for filling the return?
According to my knowledge Notification No will be 36/2011.

Thanks buddy but the same is not in the list of notification shown at the time of filling the service tax return.If u hav processed such return do let me know how did u did it. Please....
