(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares customs airports at Delhi and Sahar, Mumbai (Bombay) to be the ‘customs airports’ for the purpose of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 2 of the Courier Imports and Exports (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulations, 2010

(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Ahmedabad to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:-
( i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, ( Imports), Air Cargo Complex,
Sahar, Mumbai ; and
(ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Customs House ,
Mumbai,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s United Agency,Shravan Bunglow, judge’s Bunglow Road, Behind Simandhar Towers, Opposite Ambience Apartments, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad and others, issued vide, F.No DRI/MZU/ B/Enq-23/05-16 dated the 23rd May, 2007 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intellgence, Zonal Unit, Mumbai.

(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 read with sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 36/2009- Customs (N.T.), dated the 17th March, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 172 (E), dated the 17th March, 2009, namely :-
