If ITC as per books is 200000 and as per calculation given under this notification it comes to 100000 it means the eligible ITC is 100000 .How do I bifurcate this into CGST SGST IGST.

100000 which you are going to avail is as per your book. So bifurcate between CGST, IGST, SGST as per your books
