This notification comes into play to clarify some of the issues raised after implementation of Fringe Benefit Tax imposed by finance bill,2005.In it through a wide variety of illustrations an effort has been taken by CBDT to clarify the taxabllity or non taxability of any particular item under various situations.If you have any other quey please feel free to write .
