I am in search of Notification FD 11 CET of 30/3/2002 of Entry tax Karnataka, and i didnot find it anywhere on the Net. If anybody has a copy of it, or know a link where i can find it, i would be very thankful if you may share it here

So, let me clarify it just to get 100% confidence on it.. I am concerned with Item No. 4 Textiles.

So as of now and from 2002, "Textiles if entered into Karnataka as a raw material towards production of finished goods or intermediate goods, does not attract Entry tax Liability"

Am i Right Sir? or was there any change to this notification in any of future years??
