So, let me clarify it just to get 100% confidence on it.. I am concerned with Item No. 4 Textiles.

So as of now and from 2002, "Textiles if entered into Karnataka as a raw material towards production of  finished goods or intermediate goods, does not attract Entry tax Liability"

Am i Right Sir? or was there any change to this notification in any of future years??

Yes you are right..  There is no change.
