Notice under section 136(9)
Dear sir I am an Accountant and in receipt of notices under section 139(9),sir from the notices issued has not made the name of the assessee and PAN so I am unable to rectify the said notices in the absence of PAN,, and name of the assessee, please guide me Thanks
