sir I have got a notice from department
tin no ,...... notice no ........ dt.... u/s 28 of up vat act. regarding not filing of annual return for 2017-2018 and to present before the concerned officials.
during the session my sale and purchase was nil there was no transactions.
now what to do.
please guide me

What was your GTI in such relevant previous year ?
You submit a reply indicating the turnover and NIL return details with reason of NIL sale. Also below 2 Cr there was no requirement to submit the return. Taxdhelp.com will better help you in this.
