How to download or view notice under section 245.

It is stated that

Please click on the download button next to Outstanding Tax Amount to view the Tax and Computation Sheet in case the demand is raised by Assessing Officer

But nothing seems working to download notice

That button work to download notice u/s. 143(1), when any assessment is done and demand raised by Assessing Officer. Retry it, as it works in most of the cases. Or you can collect hard copy from the your ITO office.
