Notice u/s 143-1a
Last return filed for a y 2017-18.then because of some unavoidable circumstances not able to file itr.now when checked there is notice u/s 143-1a demanding taxes issued in 2018. no email or phone number exist to open notice. also notice can't be downloaded from portal . what to do? please guide
