Dear Sir,
I have received notice u/s 133(6) for the F.Y. 2009-10 in the name of my grandfather who has expired in the 2013. I am not aware about the details of which the officer has asked for.
Please guide me.

What information have they asked for in the notice??
Just reply the officer informing about death of person in whose name notice has been issued or remain silent.
Inform the officer about the death of the person concerned.
remaining silent is not advisable.. please write letter to ITO and if he needs any more information then he will ask.. ignoring a notice might result in action from department..
