Annexure. You are required to furnish your reply along with relevant documents by the date mentioned in the table below.
You may appear before the undersigned for personnel hearing either in person or through authorized representative for representing your case on the date, time and venue, if mentioned in table below. The liability that appears to arise is mentioned 20000 of CGST & SGST
