If Corporate Debtor not taking or avoid notice in Form-2 or its registered office close for long time(Means Notice is return back to Creditor);or
Its all email addresses are disabled or you can say all email bouncing.
Now, what is the way to serve notice??

once case is admitted, honble judge may order resending notice, ppr publication etc n den if still vien, may pass ex parte order.
