Our company has also received the notice, it is nothing just a sample survey to collect data from the various sectors.

As per the official visited our office, It has been mandatory from the Fy 2015-2016.

In case of Non - submission, there could be penalty or other charges to be fixed by the department.

Don't hesitate to submit this report, it is just for collection of data for the future planning for the sectors.

Hi All,

It is just enquiry where you have to furnish information for the Financial Year 2015-16.

Following information & documents are required to furnish to above said authority within 30 days from the date of receipt of notice.

  • Director's Report

  • Auditor Report or any other legal documents pertaining to operations of the your company

  • Form attached in the Notice after duly filed

  1. Provide information because it is just enquiry that is not related to any Tax department( Service Tax, Income Tax, Sale Tax etc.)

  2. It is obligation on your part to comply the same otherwise you can be penalized for non compliance of notice.

If you need any information, let me know.
