Yes. If you have NMS notice you can file your return AY 2014-15....

Non Filing Monitoring System...
If we get any tds deductions and can't file our income tax return. Then the department ll be raise the notice (Your above said way) for NMS. After we ll file return and rectification....

You have to file reply for same in compliance option while login incometaxindia efiling website

Give correct reason of non filing of your IT Return & send the print of Compliance to IT Deptt.
