Dear Seniors/ Friends
One of our client had filed the ST 3 but the same was rejected due to mismatch of premise code. Now the department has issued a notice for non filing of ST 3.
Kindly guide me what steps should be taken and will it be possible to revise the returns as the period of 90 days has already exceed.

Since the return was rejetced by the system, therefore the return has not been filed and so it cannot be revised. you have to file the original return with payment of late fee.
