Notice for non filing of gstr 3b - composition scheme

We moved from GST regular to GST composition scheme, effective April 2019. We have also filed CMP-08 for the April-June 2019, as required for businesses in composition scheme.

But "GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA, DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCIAL TAXES" has been multiple sending notices(via email) under various sections(62, 78 etc.,) asking me file GSTR3B for month of April 2019, May 2019 etc., They are threatening me with legal action if I don't file GSTR-3B immediately. I replied to their email multiple times explaining that I have moved to GST composition scheme and not liable to file GSTR-3B. They seem to ignore all my email replies and keep sending fresh notices.

What should I do? I can't even file GSTR-3B even if I want to, as the GST portal disables it for composition dealers.

How to convince these people? I don't have time to visit their office and go thru the typical red tape. Please help.

kindly visit the Gst lvo
write a letter to the considered Gst lvo stating that you hav converted into composition scheme from normal Scheme along with screen shot of portal not allowing to file Gstr 3b as converted into composition scheme.
good clarification and information
