Just to be sure there won't be any problem then to change my income head. 

Error Code 31 : Tax Payer having income under the head “Profits and gains of Business or Profession” but not filled Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account

Just simply fill all the the details including details you earlier missed in relevent form of ITR and upload the revised X M L  in resoponse to section 139(9).

Hope it will work properly...

Actually I didn't show any income in 44ad. So I think it chose 44aa for my return by default. My profit is > 8% so I don't maintain any Acs and my cash in hand is also 0.

So I want to correc profit under 44ad rather than to fill B/s details

you not need to fill your blance sheet, fill only gross receipt & net profit coloum in ITR-4 .thease coloum are below in P&L account in ITR-4.
