Can anyone suggest notes on Corporate law for Final and where can it be purchased, barring G.K.Kapoor & Munish Bhandari.

Munish Bhandari's book is ultimate as far as my knowledge is concerned. Other than this you can go for Jayaraman's notes (Hyderabad's faculty).

Munish Bhandari QA book should be supplemented by his handbook. Both are important. Prof. Swominarayan Notes available on CACLUB are equally good.
