I have a doubt in bonus

THERE IS A PROVISION THAT IS SHARE ARE NOT FULLY PAID UP THEN CO. CAN NOT ISSUE BONUS SHARE BUT IF CO. WANTS TO CONVERT PARTLY PAID TO FULLY PAID THEN IT CAN ISSUE BONUS......

HOW THIS CAN BE POSSIBLE

Company Can Issue the Bonus Share to Fully Paid Equity Shares and If Comapny Want to Issue Bonus Shares then have to convert partly paid shares to fully paid OR can call the final Call after Receiving final Bonus Shares can be issued.......

Company can make the partly paid shares to fully paid out of the Revenue Reserve i.e. General Reserve and Profit and Loss A/c....

But To Issue Bonus Shares Company have to used 

Capital Redemption Reserve

Capital Reserve

Securities Premium

and if required then 

General Reserve 

Profit and Loss A/c
