Notarisation of LLP Deed

Civil law 1068 views 2 replies

We have converted our Private limited company to LLP.

After the incorporation we have prepared the LLP deed.

Is it mandatory to get LLP Deed notarised and if it is mandatory which notary we should do Normal notary or Before me registered notary.

Another question is what is E-Form 14, as found on google the Form-14 is for Intimation to ROC for conversion of company to LLP.

Please help me in these questions

It is mandatory to get the LLP Deed notarized. It is advisable to get the LLP agreement notarized from a "before me" registered notary as it will have more legal validity and can be used as evidence in court if needed.

E-Form 14 is an online form that is used to inform the Registrar of Companies (ROC) about the conversion of a private limited company to an LLP. This form must be filed with the ROC within 30 days of the conversion.

can you please let me know the provision. thnks
