not recieving sms alerts

 Firtly, the welcome message also didn't come, then I modified the alert. 

After that welcome message intimating the subscripttion was received but no buzz thereafter.

I didnt get even the welcome msg also..Do we need to change again smething from website.

i have applied for sms alert service. but not recieving the same. please look into the matter.
