Not received my letter

hi frnds, 

                  I had passed my CPT exam in December 2011 and I have registered for ca ipcc in January 31, 2012 at sirc of Chennai. I got my IPCC books immediately but until now I have not received my IPCC registration letter. When will I get my registration letter? Is this delay is a normal one or there is any problem in my registration. Please help….
