my article are completed for 3 year but ,he is not give me stephen during the article 

so 

what can i do

if you are article and not getting stipend u can write to ICAI. Action will be taken .

WHERE WERE YOU TILL NOW ?

WHY DID YOU NOT TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST YOUR PRINCIPAL?

You may have asked for Stephen ... Try asking for Stipend, may be you'll get it..

dummy is big offence and if any one caught then ICAI can take take strict action. it's other thing inspite of all it's happening . it's sad.

Then what the hell are doing at the time of articles? Are you not aware of stipend while doing articles?
