AS PER ME MR X IS NON RESIDENT IN THIS CASE AS FOR RESIDENT ANY ONE OUT OF TWO CONDITION MUST BE SATISFY ie EITHER 1) IN PREVIOUS YEAR HIS STAY SHUID BE MORE THEN 182 DAYS OR 2) 60 DAYS AND ALSO IN PREVIOUS 4 YEAR HE HAS STAYED FOR 365 DAYS. IN GIVEN CONDITION AS X ARRIVED IN INDIA IN JAN NONE OF THE CONDITION IS FULFILLED SO HE IS NON RESIDENT.
