not getting refund
sir I have filed ITR 1 for AY 18-19 in July 18. I have got some arears amount in 2017 so I have filed form 10E and ITR 1 correctly. I have shown relief u/s 89 but after processing I have got a mail from income tax department u/s 143(1) in which they have shown relief u/s 89 is 0. rest all parts are correct as filed by me and as computed by them.. now what to do sir

yes... suppose even then if your grievance is not resolved, make rectification application before your jurisdictional AO
OK sir.... how much time it will take sir to process at cpc after filing rectification application???
it depends.. it has to be resolved within 60 days from the date of application

write a application and enclose the supporting documents such as original form 16 , original form 10E, ITR-V copy (if not original, at least submit certified copies of form 16 and form 10e)
