Not fill circles in ca final answer sheet

It is completly fine. Nothing to worry if you have mentioned the roll number in words correctly.

When your answer copy is taken up for scanning it will not pick your roll number and it needs as an exception manually entered. At least in CA exam the answer booklets will get manually processed in event of such errors but CS institute has strictly mentioned that such papers will not be evaluated. In your case, hope through manual intervention, things would be sorted, lets hope for the best.
