HI,
iam registered as normal taxpayer under GST, my annual turnover is less than 1.00 crore, now IAM intended to convert as composition tax payer but GST portal saying for F. Y 2018-19 registered tax payers option Is disabled.
please suggest me how can I opt composition scheme

As per Rule 4 : The option to pay tax under section 10
shall be effective from the beginning of the financial year, hence can opt for composition scheme on april2019
