Not able to submit Trust accounts online on Charity Commissioners Website

Hello there,

We are trying to submit the Trust accounts online on the website of Charity Commissioner Maharashtra but not able to do for many days.

We were able to submit audit report only, but when it goes to next section i.e. Schedule IX, all cells are frozen, not able to type any figure in these cells. Only captcha cell is open, where one can enter the given captcha.

We tried different browsers like google chrome, firefox, microsoft excel. We clear browser history everytime while trying to submit the trust accounts online. We also dropped emails to them, but no replies.

Is there anyone who successfully submitted the trust accounts recently on their website??

Please share tips and tricks as the due date is approaching.
