Not able to register dsc

Hello All

Please Help I am Not able to register DSC today.While after filling all details, when i click select certificate nothing happens.I have checked my system's settings. Even then I am not able to select certificate for uploading.In the Last Bar of internet explorer is Errors on page.Please help how can i register DSC with MCA.
